Welcome to the Mountains Edge Community!

The Mountain’s Edge community is located close to the very popular Horsetooth Reservoir. This 6.5-mile-long reservoir is a favorite recreation spot for boating, fishing, hiking, swimming, paddle boarding and sailing. Fort Collins is a vibrant town full of restaurants, pubs, boutique stores and home to Colorado State University. With nearby snow-capped mountains and beautiful lakes, residents love the outdoors.

Long View bike trail provides a safe, non-motorized alternative for traveling between the two cities. Passing through five public spaces, consisting of agricultural lands and wildlife habitat, Long View Trail offers trail users sweeping views of the foothills and mountains.
